ENROLLMENT VISITS
The first step in discerning enrollment at Sancta Maria is to visit our school. These visits are typically hosted on Tuesday and Thursday afternoons at 3:15pm but can also be more flexible if needed. Tuition Information
FEES
New Family Enrollment Contract Fee: $50/child (due with enrollment contract - non-refundable)
Supply Fee: $65/family (due with September tuition payment)*
Consumables Fee: $100/erdkinder child (ages 12-16)
*Supply fees cover janitorial expenses that are not included on the school supply list — the professional services needed to operate a clean, healthy and safe facility. Consumable fees cover the cost of workbooks that are single use and bought for each individual student. These work books are sent home with the children throughout the year as they are completed.
PAYMENT OF TUITION
Tuition can be paid in 12 monthly installments, 9 monthly installments, bi-annual, or in one lump sum. If you pay in one lump sum, you may choose to receive a 5% discount. Twelve-month payments begin in June and run through May. Nine-month payments begin in September and run through May. Bi-annual payments are due in June and December. The lump sum payment is due in June prior to the school year.
Tuition is due by the 10th of each month and is considered late on the 15th of each month. If an account is more than two months past due and no arrangements have been made for payment, then enrollment may be suspended.
Full Day Enrollment
8:30am-3:00pm, children aged 4 and up
One child: $7,440
Two children: $9,840
Three children: $12,140
Four or more children: contact us!
Half Day Enrollment
8:30am-11:30am, children aged 2.5 - 3. When a child turns four, a plan is made to transition them to a full-day schedule.
One child: $2925
Two half-day children: $4500
TUITION ADJUSTMENTS
Tuition adjustments based on income are available at Sancta Maria. To be considered, families will be asked to submit an application and verify need. Please request an application by emailing sanctamariamontessori@gmail.com.
Applications will be reviewed by the Sancta Maria School Enrollment Committee. Decisions will be considered alongside enrollment contracts and adjustments will be awarded as we are able. Adjustments each year are not guaranteed. Please complete the entire application to be considered for tuition adjustments at Sancta Maria School. Proof of income will be requested. Please see the following federal guidelines which guide our decisions for need based aid.

Enrollment Timelines
CURRENT FAMILIES
Enrollment contracts for current families open in February and are due by April of each year.
NEW FAMILIES
A school visit is the first step towards becoming a part of our Sancta Maria family. Enrollment contracts are sent out after the prospective family’s visit and acceptance into the school. For students seeking to enter the elementary or Erdkinder programs, an interview with the child may be requested to establish a good connection and to determine the suitability of our program for the child.
Final enrollment contracts are accepted on a rolling basis, pending availability in the desired classroom. If there is no room available at that time, families are put on a waiting list.
Children from current Sancta Maria families take priority on the waiting list.
